Body Gratitude.

How often do we show our body, judgement?                  

Speak to it with harsh, critical, unkind words?  

Would we tell our children or loved ones, they are too fat, unlovable, too thin …. imperfect?

I think not.

If we can change our attitude and our language towards our body to one of gratitude, through this simple process our body begins to soften and  respond in new ways, enabling our relationship with it to transform into one of beauty.
